Year 1

  • Support staff attends Level 1 Training
  • Obtain materials
  • Create lesson Scope and Sequence for year 1
  • Design deliver model
  • Identify target outcomes and assessments: baseline, interval, and year end
  • Complete assessments
  • Measure interval outcomes
  • Evaluate end of year outcomes

Year 2

  • Support staff attends Level 2 Training
  • New support staff attends Level 1 Training
  • Modify delivery model as needed after assessment of current schedule, staffing, outcomes
  • Create lesson Scope and Sequence for year 2
  • Obtain additional materials as needed
  • Evaluate target outcomes
  • Identify and modify target outcomes: baseline, interval, and year end
  • Determine if assessments need adjustments
  • Enhance implementation at all levels
  • Complete assessments
  • Measure interval outcomes
  • Evaluate end of year outcomes

Year 3

  • Support staff trained in year 2 attends Level 2 Training
  • New support staff attends Level 1 Training
  • Modify delivery model as needed after assessment of current schedule, staffing, outcomes
  • Create lesson Scope and Sequence, year 3-5, etc.
  • Obtain additional materials as needed
  • Evaluate target outcomes
