Facilitator Training
WhyTry Facilitator Training is a two-day course developed to prepare professionals to use the WhyTry Program in a real-world setting. The course includes discussion of each Visual Analogy, using the WhyTry music, using the WhyTry Experiential Activities, role-playing, and discussion of applications in different settings.
Advanced Techniques Training
The WhyTry Advanced Techniques Training is a one-day event designed for professionals who have been using the WhyTry Program and are ready to learn for new skills to apply to challenges in the classroom. Advanced Techniques Training includes additional useful ideas for framing lessons, running activities, and surrendering the one-up relationship.
Hands-on Training
The WhyTry Hands-on Training focuses on the experiential activities for each of the WhyTry Visual Analogies. This training will cover materials needed for the activities, safety rules, set-up, running the activity, and processing the activity with the visual metaphor. The hands-on learning activities are particularly helpful in group environments for increasing participation and learning among those involved. This training is useful for anyone using WhyTry, regardless of their experience level.
