Why restorative justice?
Educators are seeing firsthand that traditional discipline alone isn’t enough to meet the complex emotional and behavioral needs of today’s students. Restorative practices shift the focus from punishment to healing, accountability, and relationships—helping students take ownership of their actions and build the social-emotional skills they need to succeed.
